Traffic accident, particularly two-wheeled vehicles, is a problem for the Government, especially Resort Police Unit (Satlantas Polres). The factor that causes traffic accident incident divided into three types, namely human factor, vehicle and road or environment factor. most common an accident. Fatigue someone to feel sleepy while driving often results in Based on problem, researcher wanted create technology innovation of motorized safety system form helmet. made helmet can detect drowsiness through driver's eye blink duration. will be detected by using camera sensor. sensor used was Open MV camera. method detecting drivers detection analysis method. enable based data duration condition when it closed open. has low RBG mean value 110-113 median 99-109. Whereas opened higher RGB 179-206 178-206. result research showed someone's occurred closing their eyes more than 0.4 seconds 4 seconds. also equipped with GPS monitor position event as emergency response effort.
